The editor allows you to upload any Layer Magic project from your local drive. In case of conflict between your uploaded files and the existing ones, you can solve each of them individually through an easy-to-use interface.

Multiple timelines

The layer properties's value change their color according to the key-frames and the focus line to help you easily identify them.

Real time focus line

When previewing your project inside the editor, you have both the snapping focus line and a real time one.

Real time preview changes

Any change you make to your project is applied instantly to the project preview.

Property collapse / expand

You can show only the needed properties and layers and hide the rest.

Property special indicators

Some properties are calculated differently between timelines. You can see what kind of property you deal with directly inside the editor.

Lockable ratio

For properties that have two values (like size, scale etc.) you can choose to keep their ratio and change only one of them.

Custom line highlighting

You can highlight custom line inside the timeline area to help you easily identify them.

Key-frame context menu

The actions you can take regarding a key-frame are grouped inside a context menu (right-click).

Shortcuts

We added a few keyboard shortcuts to make your workflow more fluid.

Key-frame activate / deactivate

You can activate and deactivate key-frames inside the editor. They have visual indicators to help you identify them.

Real time value interpolation

When moving the focus line, the layer properties are updates instantly with the interpolated value between the closest key-frames.

Multiple key-frame selection

You can select multiple key-frames and apply certain actions to the group.

Multiple key-frame movement

You can move one or multiple key-frames at once, while they will always be placed at available steps.

Properties search

You can search and filter layer properties easily.

Key-frame value preview

Each key-frame has its value displayed directly on the timeline, to help you easily identify it.

Individual timeline enabled / disabled

When previewing your project in action, you can choose to enable or disable certain timelines and test your project with better precision.

Regarding the viewport

Real time project preview

You can see how your layers fit inside the viewport directly as you work with them.

Lockable ratio

For those viewport properties that have two values, you can choose to keep the ratio between them while changing only one of them.

Real time website preview

You can preview the project inside your website directly as you make changes to it.

For those viewport properties that have special implications, you can see them marked inside the editor.

Disabled property indicator

When some viewport properties are disabled, they are distinctively marked from the others.
